Mitigation "subsidizees" and "subsidizers" - Lynne McChristian

"Why should anyone care about someone . . . getting an undeserved insurance discount? . . . We have subsidizers and subsidizees — and how you feel about the issue depends on where you fall on the balance sheet," writes III's Lynne McChristian.
